How to submit a correction
Use the contact form and choose a subject that clearly describes the issue. Please include:
- the full Fights Now URL;
- the exact name, date, result, ranking, sentence or image credit you believe is wrong;
- what you believe the correct information should be;
- a direct link to an official publication or a clear description of the document supporting the change; and
- your relationship to the subject, if it helps us understand first-hand evidence or a potential conflict.
Do not send passwords, government identification, medical records or other sensitive personal material through the form. Fights Now does not need them to review an ordinary sports-data correction.
What happens after a report
- Triage. The Fights Now editorial desk identifies whether the report concerns a source update, an identity match, a factual error, editorial interpretation, an image credit or a legal/privacy request.
- Verify. The disputed value is compared with its stored provenance and the strongest available promotion, commission or publication evidence. Conflicting sources are assessed under the published authority rules.
- Correct or qualify. A supported change is published, or an uncertain value is removed or labelled more cautiously. Unsupported requests do not override stronger evidence.
- Disclose where material. A meaning-changing correction to an editorial article should receive a correction note. Database changes keep source provenance and may preserve an earlier source row for audit.
Correction, update or disagreement?

Response and record-keeping
There is no guaranteed response or resolution time. Complexity, access to the original publication and the risk of changing another person's record all affect review. Sending repeated reports does not increase their authority; clear primary evidence does.
Contact messages are stored in the private administrator inbox as described in the Privacy Policy. A source record may be retained after the public value changes because provenance is necessary to explain what was originally observed and why the correction was made.
Legal, safety and privacy requests
Use the same contact route but identify the nature of the request clearly. A legal, privacy, impersonation or immediate-safety concern is not treated as an ordinary score or schedule dispute. The contact form is the published route; “Fights Now editorial desk” is a functional team name, not an individual recipient.
